Please note that BAY17 is located in a grade II listed building on the first floor and is currently accessible via stairs only. Unfortunately, there is no lift access.
If you require assistance carrying golf clubs or equipment, please contact us before your visit and a member of the BAY17 team will be happy to assist.

Do I need to have played golf before?
Not at all. Bay17 welcomes golfers of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced players.
What is TrackMan?
TrackMan is the industry-leading golf simulator and ball tracking technology used by professional golfers around the world.
How many people can play in a bay?
Our bays are designed for up to four players. If you would like to book a bay for more than 4 please get in contact.
Can I bring friends who aren’t playing?
Absolutely. Friends and family are welcome to relax, watch and enjoy the atmosphere.
What should I wear?
There is no strict dress code. Clean, comfortable clothing and clean trainers or golf shoes are recommended. Metal spikes are not permitted.
Do you provide golf clubs?
Yes. We have a selection of rental clubs available for adults and juniors. You’re also welcome to bring your own clubs.
Do you offer golf lessons?
Yes. Lessons are available with our PGA professionals and experienced coaches.
How much do lessons cost?
Lesson prices vary depending on the coach and lesson length. Please contact us for current pricing.
What drinks do you serve?
We offer Yellow Bourbon coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits and other refreshments.
Can I eat and drink while playing?
Yes. Drinks can be enjoyed in the bay while you play. We also offer a selection of snacks.
Do you serve food?
We currently offer a range of snacks and light refreshments. We do not operate a full kitchen.

Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted inside the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Can I book private events?
Yes. Bay17 is available for corporate events, birthdays, society nights and private hire.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking in advance is recommended, although walk-ins are welcome if bays are available.
Can I use my own golf equipment?
To ensure the best simulator performance and protect our equipment, we provide a range of premium golf balls including Titleist Pro V1, Taylor Made TP5 and Callaway Chrome Tour. We also request that your clubs are as clean as possible.
What happens if I am late for my booking?
Unfortunately, your booking time cannot be extended if you arrive late. Any lost time will be deducted from your session.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
How realistic is indoor golf?
TrackMan technology provides highly accurate ball flight, distances and shot-shape data for an incredibly realistic golfing experience.
Is the venue accessible?
Bay17 is located on the first floor of Building 17. Unfortunately, due to the building’s Grade II listed status, there is currently no lift access available. However, our team will be on hand to assist with carrying golf clubs and equipment up to the venue if required.
